Since 1981 we have been engaged in labor law – both in the private sector and in the public sector – and in trade union law by providing advice and judicial assistance throughout the country.

The experience gained over the years has allowed us to acquire ever wider skills also in the context of company reorganization and personnel management through the drafting of individual employment contracts;
the implementation of layoff procedures and individual and collective layoffs;
the management of company transfers and company branches;
the negotiation and stipulation of company union agreements;
the drafting of CCNL of category;
the drafting of agreements on corporate welfare;
drafting and also judicial management of agency and management contracts.
